Description

Flower of Salt also known as Fleur de Sel, is a natural phenomenon of the salt flats that occurs only when the weather conditions are just right. Small, delicate crystals form on the surface of the salt brine and are carefully harvested by hand. Harvested from the traditional province of Kampot of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
